hi guys i have been lurking on here for months I am always busy and have not been able to post! my local mrc had me in one of their ads and i would like to post it here, i just want to show people this really works!!! and i have a lot of confidence in this program so if you are on the fence about this just look at this pic! i also want to thank all the great guys and gals on this forum because all your info has been very helpful to me THANKS!!! i am gonna try to post more often also !

Nicholle - thanks so much for sharing that picture!! It truly is inspiring!!! I signed up last Monday, did food instruction Friday night and will officially start program tomorrow (today just did not work out). I am hoping this really helps me!
