    Well I am damn near -40 lbs and thought I should post up a few and examine how things have changed. Everyone else is welcome to follow.














    I know it looks like I'm suckin all of mt gut in, but its because I am twisting weird in order to take a picture with my other hand... promise

    Great job -- we can really see the difference; that's why I luv taking the progress pics too. I think pictures help you see the difference ina more real way than scales can do. Keep up the good work ...
