this is a summary of what i remember
dec(last year) 253 when i decided it was too much.
jan 250 reduced food intake
feb 241 reduced food intake
mar 240 exercised 1 hour a day, no diet(was still eating pretty much only carbs so i started to feel bad with the diet)
apr 239 exercised 1 hour a day, no diet
may 239 exercised 1 hour a day, no diet
jun 236 exercised 1 hour a day, no diet
jul 225 little exercise, (the candida diet for 2 weeks so far) no sugar no carb and no processed food for 2 weeks. lots of protein and veggies,some yogurt.
so i lost in 2 weeks of a diet what i couldn't with LOTS of exercise for months such as walking 35 min and running 25. Maybe the exercise was worth it since a lot of fat turned into muscle, it has other health benefits.
Had not been at this weight for the past 5 years
