Weighed in at 229 this morning. That is 60 pounds of the 80 I originally wanted to lose. 20 more to go. Then maybe I will try to visit onederland.

Congrats, i'm getting down to the nitty gritty as well and things have definitely slowed, hope you have better luck down the stretch.

I changed my goal from 200 to 195 a while back just to aim for onederland.
27 pounds to go and i see a 1 pop up on the scale.

You guys are in the stretch at the best season of the year. This breaking Spring just calls to get outside and never skip an opportunity to exercise.

Great job you two! I am nearing the end of my journey too. I meet with my trainer tonight and start a lifting program again. I am excited and can't wait to get back into the gym. I may shoot for sub 200, but plan to pack on lean mass and may rise above 200 again, but a more healty 200.
