I didn't see an Optavia/Medifast maintenance thread so I figured I would start one.

I transitioned early. Im eating mostly real food now but still watching my weight. I was losing mass quantities of hair and my nails are brittle and splitting. So I had to quit. My original goal was 170 so I could wear my old clothes.. I fit in most my old pants now except for the trousers. If I lose another 10 to lose the belly they should fit too. But Im good with 170.

Jimmy Dean precooked turkey sausage patties and crumbles. These are good is Frittatas, Omelets and Scrambles. Also in Crustless Pizzas.

Crumbles 4oz has 90 calories 5 fat 2 carb 10 protein 480 sodium.
Two patties have 100 calories 7 fat 1 carb 11 protein 420 sodium.

Phaedra- You should try these Cali’flour Pizza Crusts. They have free shipping, no minimums this weekend only. I regularly get (and highly recommend) the 6 packs of original crusts (12 crusts total). Low carb, and satisfy my never ending pizza cravings.

I did try those cauliflower crusts. Also tried a chicken crust and some others. Didn't care for any of them. If you like them I have some recipes to make your own.

I prefer a crustless pizza. Basicly all the toppings in a pie plate. Or I use the Ole Extreme Wellness Tortillas
