I didn't see an Optavia/Medifast maintenance thread so I figured I would start one.
I transitioned early. Im eating mostly real food now but still watching my weight. I was losing mass quantities of hair and my nails are brittle and splitting. So I had to quit. My original goal was 170 so I could wear my old clothes.. I fit in most my old pants now except for the trousers. If I lose another 10 to lose the belly they should fit too. But Im good with 170.
