Default Been on Medifast for # Months and Lost # Lbs
Anyone wanna share their numbers?

Been on Medifast for 1 day and lost 0lbs so far! Today is Day 1 for me!

So far, after 25 days I'm down 17lbs. The first week was good, second REALLY good, and third was meh...

Yeah, I think I front loaded my loss though because the weekend before I started I ate REALLY bad and likely had way too much sodium in my system...

I have lost 18 lb over the course of my 1st 4 weeks! I love how the plan works because it keeps me energized and motivated. I know you'll do great PQ!

Down 31 pounds in 9 weeks. Haven't weighed myself the past 1.5 weeks, though, due to that TOM and business travel. Going on a vacation to LA this weekend, too, so maybe I'll give it another week.

Yes. These were my early stats, though mostly water weight:

11/30/2016 - Medifast Day 1: 244
12/03/2016 - Medifast Day 4: 237

Wow these numbers are amazing. I am truly shocked where I'm at now. I'm on day 5 and I weigh 345.9! I started at 350.4...I just can't believe it...

Yay clarissairene!. I know you struggled a bit at first but wow, you've got it going on now. Congratulations.

Today is day 58 for me and I am at 27.8 lbs. I have no words other than to say, I am simply amazed.
