I didn't. I thought I could eat as I did before Medifast. I tried, really tried, not to, but here I am, back on the weight loss bandwagon.

Just to be clear, I don't blame Medifast. I blame myself for thinking I could use a diet for a 'quick fix' and not change my eating habits for good.

I am re-starting medifast this week. I lost 45 on Medifast last year. Silly me thought I could just take a few weeks off to move(from England to the US) and look for a new job... needless to say a few weeks turned in to a few months and I also 'found' 15 lbs that I had just worked so hard to lose. I love TSFL/MF and did not hesitate to start again. The first week is the hardest, if you can keep your self in the right mindset that week-- it does get better. I can also see where transition is KEY in this type of program. Once I placed my order I was almost relieved to not have to think so much about every food choice I was making. I am really glad I found this forum for support .

JJDK:

Congratulations for realizing what you need to do and you're back to being a "loser" again.

Hopefully this will be the year to get it off and keep it off! We are in it to win this year!
