I did Medifast in the past with no exercise and lost 30 lbs. Im restarting it tomorrow, but since then I have really taken to exercising and love swimming, hiking and running. I usually do like an hour 4x/week. I was re-reading the Quickstart guide and it says to stop or reduce exercise for like 3 weeks...how important is this to do? Can I maintain my exercise while Im on Medifast and maybe just add a lean portion of protein or 1 medifast meal?
I just watched a youtube about that. Apparantly it is very important to reduce it for at least 3 weeks. You don't have to totally give it up, since you are already used to it.
