There are several great options. But you have to remember it is diet food. I'm on Medifast for the second time. I lost a ton of weight the first time by staying on plan, drinking a lot of water, and exercising.
Just as I made it transition, my mom passed away, one month to the day my father-in-law's wife passed away, and one week after that, my husband lost his job. Needless to say, I spiraled out of control, and gained most of it back - and at a much faster rate than I had lost it.
I have finally recommitted. I like the food, but the first week I was on it the first time - I cried daily, as it did taste like cardboard. As your taste buds adjust, you will find some of them to be down right tasty.
