Default help!

HI everyone! I am new to this community and would like some feedback please. I have been on medifast for about a month now. I was doing so well, down 17lbs! Well, this past weekend I went away for 3 days. I had every intention to stick to my medifast, but that didn't happen. I was so upset monday morning whenI stepped on the scale and had gone up 7lbs! I immediatey started back on the program, and with the advice from my health coach increased my water intake. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do to reverse the damage done? I am still upset with myself, but refuse to let this setback stop me from my goal.

Chances are a lot of it is arer weight. I'd give it a week or two, I'm sure you'll be back down once you've been on plan consistently for a good 2 weeks.

Thanks, I am hoping that's all it is. Now I know the cheat days weren't worth it, lesson learned.
