Thanks guys. I got in touch with my coach this evening and apparently the biggest mistake of the day (moreso then the cake) was not eating for 6 hours afterward. I honesty wasn't trying to make up for it (or maybe I was a little) but I was NOT hungry, even at 6 when I finally ate. SHe said if it happens again continue the day like nothing happened even if it means going over in carbs. On the plus side, I did not go over in carbs today

I'm still hopefull that tomorrow Im in ketosis...though I'm not sure how to tell for sure as I only have that smell about me about half the time, but oh well...I'm ok with today, I'll start over tomorrow and stay on plan. Thanks for all the support!!!
