Question Help

I am starting Medifast on Monday, and I am going shopping for my monthly groceries for my lean and greens. I also have a family of 3 besides myself and instead of cooking 2 different meals at dinner time my husband said that he will eat what I need to eat. So my question is can someone help me with figuring out what are some things I should buy to help feed my whole family at dinner time? Please help! Thanks for the support!

Buy veggies and salad fixings that are both on plan and that your family will enjoy. Same goes with meat. They can do without grains and such at least a few nights a week.
