just started medifast ...on day three. Not sure how to use this blog or follow one blog there is so much on this site would love any advice how to use this site. Thanks

I am on day 4. I got a bad headache on day 3. I think it might be because I only had 4 hrs of sleep the night before. I feel great today....so if you don't feel good you will. I was starving on day 1-3 but today has been better!

Hi bluetree,

You should be past the worst of it now. I firmly believe no matter what the question is, the answer is almost always DRINK MORE WATER. And by water, I mean seltzer, herb tea, crystal light. I'm not a big fan of plain water, but I can drink iced herb tea or flavored seltzer all day long. I am also in love with the calorie burn strawberry lemonade drink packets. Caffeinated lemonade - yahoo!

Hi I am on day 8 today...crazy how we count the days like you have a new born baby . I lost 5 lbs and feel great. I plan to stay on MF until I lose 50 lbs....would love to hear how other peoples first week is....

Good luck girls I have a similar goal. I for the first time in 10 years of being on a diet I feel like i might make it to a long term goal!! Can someone tell me how to flag a thread so I can return to it each day. Thanks

My product arrived Monday, and I started Tuesday.

Wondering if anyone else is having a problem with peeing ALL feaking day. I drank less water than normal, and have pee'd 5x's as much!! Is that normal?

Yes, it is normal because your body is adjusting. Don't drink less! The Medifast materials say that you need to drink water while on this program.
