Just had my consult today and will be starting the 4 and 2 plan tomorrow. I just noticed though that they gave me 5 medi meals, not four. They are closed now so I can't call but I am assuming this was a mistake?

Don't worry about it. Follow the 4+2 plan, and keep the extra meal for later. It could come in handy. Check with your center at your convenience.
