One thing I have noticed on Medifast is how much my life revolves around food... it's kind of sick
I am almost constantly contemplating my next meal, and eating filled up my nights. With just a quick shaker jar "meal", it's left this new vacuum in my days. I'm adjusting to that this week, and filling up the time with distractions (crafts, email, TV, web, reading) to get my mind off what I COULD be eating
Whey vs. Soy: I noticed that the whey shakes are very clumpy when mixed with cold water, but warm water breaks them up much easier. Just in case anyone else is on the whey shakes and dealing with balls of unmixed powder

I couldn't stand the smell or taste of the soy ones anymore, blah!
