Here is my story
I've been on medifast for 10 months now. It's been great and I've gone from 289 lbs. to 165 lbs. (124 lbs gone!) From a size 22-24 to a 10. In the beginning I was super dedicated and nothing would keep me from my mfast. But now, as I'm getting closer to my goal I find myself slowing down, even cheating a little here and there. I think it might be because this is the smallest I've ever been in my adult life, I feel really healthy and I have so much energy.
So now I find myself thinking, "The 160's aren't bad, I can wear 10's now. Maybe I could just stop now and tone up/maintain..." I know that it is crazy to get within 40 lbs. of my goal and stop but I'm just having such a hard time staying in the zone, and with mfast you have to be in the zone! Any words of advice or encouragement would really be appreciated. Thanks all and keep up the good work!
