Hello to my new friends! I just purchased a 4 week woman's package, from Medifast. One of the local radio stations around where I live, has been promoting it. Tonight...I reached the point where I have to do something. I cannot stand, what I see in the mirror. The extra weight is beginning to keep me from doing the things I love. I hate the way I look...I have absolutely nothing to put on when I go out (I grew out of everything I own)...and it's just totally changed the person who I normally am. I would love to hear from any of you who would like to respond. From your similar battles, to success stories, to encouragement! I am so happy to have found this message board. Looks like there is a lot of people on it!

Welcome to medifast. I am starting my third month. I LOVE this program. I think it was a great idea to commit to 4 weeks. In the beginning it can be hard to stay on the plan but it gets a lot easier. If you need support just post and we will be here for you.

Hello fellow Newwbie-
I also have ordered a 4 week variety package also. It was supposed to be delivered today, but there was a mix-up in my address so I won't get it delivered until Monday. I was SO bummed about that!!

Anyway, we can check in with each other once we get started. When will your order arrive?

That would be great. I only ordered my first shipment last night. I think the site said 5 to 7 days ? I cannot wait for it to arrive though! I'm so happy to have found this forum. I know it's not going to be easy, but all the tools are right in front of me (except the lean and green), so I have to make this work!! I noticed I never received a confirmation e-mail, that the order went through. Is that normal?

Maybe call the number for customer service on their website to make sure it went through. I will start MF on Tuesday. I also have a dr. appt. that day so I'm hoping she'll be on board with what I'm doing.

I want/need to lose about 65 lbs.
