Josie, I think you have to be a member for like 2 weeks and then you are eligible for a ticker. Up on the top left you click on User CP. You then click Edit Signature and follow the instructions for adding a ticker.
I am down 1.5 for the week. I have been TERRIBLE the last few days and have not lost anything since Monday. )o: Vowing to get back on the good behavior wagon, as I really tanked this week!
Glad to see everyone else is showing good results! I NEED the motivation!
Thanks jaimie.
I have a really bad day today, we went to the city and I did try to eat good while we were out but it was hard. I will just have to work out extra hard tomorrow. Even though we have tanked....we will just have to get back up and start again.
Well, today was another bad day. I went to a movie, and then shopping, and really did not eat all day. Missing meals is just as bad as eating junk. Tomorrow is Sunday, and is the best day of the week to get myself back in gear, so that is the plan. I did not lose ten pounds in two weeks just to quit. I am getting my rear in gear and doing this! Where are my cheerleaders? Lol! Apparently I need a whole pep rally! )o:
I am thinking about doing the 6-0 plan for the next 5 days. I want to see what kind of results I can get with that. Will be sure to let you all know if I can hold out without the lean and green! I need to "catch up" since I have been so naughty!
GO DEBBIE! We can do this! We WILL do this! (That was me cheerleading, wink, wink!)
you may not hear it all the time, but we are all cheering for you!
Hope that this week gets better, even if turkey day is coming, I hope that we all try to stick to it.
Wow did I ever need that! Thanks Natalie so reminding me that I need to get my a$$ in gear! I lost only .5 this week...BUT tomorrow is a new week, and there will be no more holiday mess ups! I have 4 weeks to Christmas and plan to make the most of this time! And Christmas dinner will be at my house so I can control what is on the table! We went to a friends for Thanksgiving, and I ate only one plate, and was heavy with the turkey and lighter with everything else, skipped the pie crust, etc. But, I still know it was way out of line for a l and g...
Again, thanks for the "kick" back into gear, I really need it! Here we go!
Today is a new week! I don't want to dwell on my past week and a half. Needless to say, I need to practice my "prepare a head of time" motto when my life is going to look different than a 'normal day'.
The scale was too nice to me this morning and I swear it was a fluke. It says 153.5 and honestly, I feel more like 155 and that is what I weighed a few hours after I stepped on this morning. I think I will update in the morning.
It's nearly 3pm my time and I'm feeling good and on plan. I want to weigh 150 on Saturday. I simply want it and KNOW I can do it if I stay on plan.
Down 1 more, that makes -3 for the challenge. This week will be hard, I'm out of town teaching a class. Have to take my students out to lunch every day. I'm planning so it should be ok. The worst part will be trying to get in some exercise.
Hi ladies! I wasn't able to log on for a while... but the site looks fixed now
I have maintained my weight at 153 but have been unable to do it with Medifast. Unfortunately, the soy in the meals is causing me allergies. I knew my eczema would flare up with the soy (soy is a known allergen for me) but I was prepared for that... I wasn't prepared for the physical backlash though.
I'm not giving up on my weightloss! I have asked my family to gift me a personal trainer and have set up an appointment with a Dietician through my medical insurance. I still want to start with a meal delivery program because that was my favorite part of Medifast...
My official Medifast loss has been 7 lbs. I will check back with you all and look forward to hearing about your successes... I'm not leaving 3FC!
Hi Everyone. I see you have been doing this for a while & I'm kind of new to this. I love the challenges because I love to read the threads. I find them really inspiring. Do you weigh in once a week?
What are the parameters of the challenge?
