Diet soda is allowed, so, that wasn't cheating.
Operator, is there a limit to how much you can drink as long as you watch the caffeine? I see a lot of mixed information on the topic. A lot of people keep mentioning the "Diet Rite" brand. Why is that?

I feel bad everyone. After week 2, I have only lost one more pound. Could it because of my monthly cycle this week? I am kind of discouraged now. So far it has been 2 weeks and I am down 11 pounds but I expected to lose more than one pound last week....I have had a hard time getting all my medifast meals in too because Im working so much and Im just not hungry...could that be a reason?

If diet soda is allowed on Medifast, does anyone know if those carbonated water beverages (that have flavors like Cherry, Black Cherry, White Grape etc) that have 0% everything are allowed??

Your monthly cycle will definitely cause the scale not to move, then once it is good and over BAM the scale moves and shows your progress don't get discouraged.

I wouldn't drink much more than I diet soda a day, but, as I said, I didn't drink it before, so I'm not one to judge. I did drink carbonated flavored waters though and didn't have a problem.

I started MF on Friday myself and so far have lost 10lbs! All the girls at work are doing it too. I have seen what it did for them. One lady lost 46lbs in 3 mos. I would love to be like her, but I am the biggest so I am going to keep my fingers crossed. I feel so much better having started this, my energy is high and my outlook is even higher. For those questioning starting it, I was skeptical too, but figured I would try 1 month and see where it got me. Nothing works on me, I've done WW, slimfast, diet pills, exercise and thought about Nutrisystem, but heard horrible reviews on it. To see the results myself with 6 different women doing it before me, I knew I just had to give it a go. I even have my husband and his family interested in doing it with me.

So for those who are questioning trying it. I suggest it, just for a month. See what happens.

I haven't posted in a while - I stopped MF after losing 46 pounds and becoming bored, and I joined WW. I lost a couple pounds at WW, then I stopped losing. I've gained back 19 pounds and am disgusted with myself. I am starting back with MF today and will take it one day at a time until I get my mojo back.

I just graduated from nursing school two weeks ago and am interviewing for jobs. I know I need to get this weight off to be an effective nurse, so hopefully that will be enough motivation to keep going this time!!
