Ok, so I am reposting this...it looks this is the place for WonderSlim (vs. the geneal Diet Meal Deilvery section).

Some of you really have me intrigued by WonderSlim! I like the ideas behind Medifast, but I just couldn't stick to a low carb diet, and let's face it, it really doesn't taste good. I googled "WonderSlim" and got to page 10 before I gave up, there just isn't any good information (that I could find) about this diet! So I turn to you, the wonderful 3 Fat Chicks Community for some guidance on this...

1. Is WonderSlim a low carb diet or perhaps a high protein, low calorie diet?
2. Is it very restrictive like Medifast (as in, if I eat a peach, a piece of bread, etc., I will now be "off plan" and have to start all over)?
3. I am a pretty picky eater, does it really taste good? What do you personally like? Is the cheesecake really as good as everyone says?
4. I was thinking of trying 2 weeks so I would have a few days to try the food, and if I like it, I can order more and receive it before I run out. I noticed that 2 week starter kit is actually more expensive than just buying 8 shakes/puddings, 2 proteins supplements, and 2 boxes of protein bars at an average of $10/box, total of about $120 vs. $150. Is it worth it to buy the starter kit so I get the guides and meal plans?

wonderslim is the same as newlifestyle so you can check out their website as well. I'm doing a mix of the two plans. Yes it is low carb but WS/NLS allows fruit as far as I know.

You are allowed fruit and various starches on WS depending on how you want to do it. But, it's still pretty restrictive.

The food tastes better than MF to me, but, it isn't great by any stretch of the imagination. I like good food, but can eat many things and I can make do with WS.

well is it really that unhealthy, it has pretty much the same stuff as the other replacement meals , alot of protein, carbs, vitamins, soy, etc. ?? i would think it was just about the same as having a oatmeal or a soup??

Thanks for letting me know that wonderslim is the same as newlifestyle. This does give me something to think about now...

Yeah, before I decided I actually did a spreadsheet and lined up the exact same products on WS and NLD to compare cost..... and on average, Wonderslim was about 20% less for the same stuff, not counting the discounts you can get on top of that. The only thing NLD has that WS doesn't is the flavor drops and more online support.

You can buy Capella drops directly from Capella. for the record... I am thoroughly unimpressed with capella drops. I can't taste them no matter how many I put in my shakes.

i'm not that impressed with the online NLS support either although the site owner seems nice enough.

You can use DaVinci or Torani's sugar free syrups in your shakes and recipes. They are usually available at the grocery store with the coffee and tea. Also, you can check them out on-line. I believe they count as a condiment.
