This is a MF recipe. I haven't tried it with WS yet since I don't mind their oatmeal, but it should still work.
5 packets oatmeal
1 packet pudding
3 packets Splenda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp white vinegar
6 oz Torani's/DaVinci's Sugar-Free Syrup
6 oz cold water
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Slowly add the liquid mixture to the dry, stirring until mix is muffin batter consistency. Let batter sit for about 5 minutes. Drop into 12 mini muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Remove from pan and let cool.
Yield=6 MF meals.


And it was inedible goo... Yuck. I wouldn't advise trying the MF cookie recipes.
I have not been on the scale since. Just a little nervous that I might be disappointed, I have not been exercising like I should!! I plan on doing that today, I got side tracked this week, with plumbing issues!
