After that my friend wanted to go ride the bull so we went to that bar called Catalic Ranch they stay open someone said until 3:00 a.m. we stayed until like 2:00. She had to much to drink but she did a good job holding on! Another word she did'nt fall off! I was surprised!!!

SUSAN, thanks, I'll hit the website today. I do Love Disney! This weekend did not go well for my DH and I. Its been a long time coming. I knew this would happen a long time ago. We've been separated before, for the same reasons.
Anyways, ITSTIME, my sons are 6 (Almost 7!) and just turned 4. Little cutie pies. So they are in 1st grade and kindergarden. Do you have boys or girls?
DJAY, I love feria, I love the colors and the feeling, two problems with the brand though. 1, I have to use 2 boxes, my hair is too long for this brand,(other brands are a little more generous with the amount of dye) and 2, the color fades too quickly! Now, Im just at black so I dont care so much which brand I use. I'd love to see a new pic with the fancy color! Your just rolling with the foxy ball, eh?

Today is weigh in day for me. Down 7.2 lbs after staying the same last week, so I will take an average of a little over 3 lbs. gone in two weeks! Medifast ROCKS!

I am back everyone! I feel much better after my bout with the stomach flu last week and I am eating again, well, drinking shakes, ect again, (lol!)

We got a new mattress this weekend, and it felt GREAT on the showroom floor, but we got it home Sat evening, and Sunday I woke up with an AWFUL backache in my lumbar region! I woke up again today with the same terrible backache and with the shoulder hurting. I wonder if the mattress I got is too soft? I called the furniture store and the lady said it was "normal" to have pain for about a week.

I wonder if that is true, as I didn't have back pain at all before trying this. I wonder if it is because my boyfriend and I were sleeping on one of those blow-up beds for the past 6 months and this is a new mattress, (before that we had to share a twin, and even that didnt hurt!)

Of course boyfriend doesn't have any problems sleeping on it and thinks it is comfy.

Anyone else had problems with a new mattress? Did the back pain go away?

Anyway, I've got a lot to do today! I've gotta weigh in at curves and pay my dues (haven't been in a week d'oh) So we will see if I made any progress...

What do you all have for your weigh-in day? I've been sort of strategizing, on Friday vs. Monday. I'm leaning towards Friday, so that when I see that weight loss it will motivate me to stay OP all weekend... versus threatening myself with a Monday weigh-in to stay OP.

Hope everybody got through their Monday OK. I was up and runnin early,got my son out the door for the bus @ 6:45 & then I spent 10-1 at a nursing home with my oldest dog visiting the "bed bound residents." We must have went in & out of 100 rooms. It's a good fealing when your in there doing it but when I leave, boy I can easily get upset. In the end we had a good visit & made lots of people smile.

Djay - Dont you just love new color? It adds shine to our hair & feal so good.
Feria smells good when it goes on to. When do you leave for Vegas? Hope you had a good weekend.

Dan - 7+ pounds, WOOHOO. That's great. Keep up the good work.

Ashley - Those #'s are shocking to hear, but just think of this.... I would love to get on the scale tomorrow & see your current weight staring back at me.:D

Missy - Nice to meet a fellow Disney addict. I have one son who is now 16,
we used to go every January to WDW in Florida. In 2005 we didn't go & just went back this past Feb for the first time since 2004. Even when they are bigger/older it's great. I can remember my sons first visit ('96) when he watched the Mickey mania parade go down Main St USA, OMG that little face & those big eyes just amazed at what he saw. Brings back such great memories. Your little one I see in your avitar is such a cutie pie. Sometimes I wish we could go back to those years, just for a little bit. I guess I will have to wait (a long time) for the grand kids. I read that you are a LMT, thats great. Some very good $$ can be made in that field. My niece is looking to go to school for that next year,9 months full time. Did the weight just drop off of you last week? I remember when I went through this with my ex, the weight just fell off, probably from my nerves. Sounds like you are keeping real busy with you boys and thats good. Have a fun week with them home. Lovediet- We purchased one of those sleep number beds a few years ago.
DH absolutely loves it & I HATE IT. No matter where I set that stupid bed at I can't sleep well. Yes, in the store it felt great, but I didn't spend 8 hours on it either. I feal for you, I really do. I hope it gets better.:hug:

As I get thinner I notice losing weight gets harder and harder, or rather slower and slower *sigh*


Still can anyone tell me how THIS makes sense? I lost weight but I GAINED 1.5% body fat. Doesnt that seem counter intuitive??

Ok....I've lost 5 so far.....it's getting easier. I think I will be able to do this one. I had the strawberry shake for the first time today, and I actually liked that one. I put it in the freezer and let it get slushy...yummm...

Exhausting day. I didn't get all my meals in earlier because I was dropping off and picking up at preschool, going to my guitar class and running errands. I don't seem to have a good system for leaving the house prepped with my foods so I don't find myself either starving or cheating. Any tips?

I had to bring my 2 year old to my guitar class today (DH was away) and I swear I didn't learn a thing. I'm usually pretty good, but I just sat there and no information was going into my brain (maybe the lack of food too?). Oh well. Looking forward to Heroes tonite ... did I mention I'm an prime-time television addict?? LOL.

Missy - I have one girl (the 4 year old) and one very naughty boy (the two year old).

lovediet - we had a similar experience with our new mattress (well, it's about a year old now). It felt so perfect at the store and we spent a ton of $$ on it and then shortly after it was home, my DH started having hip and back pain from sleeping on it. I was fine. Unfortunately, the problem didn't go away. We ended up buying one of those foam pad things that you can put underneath your sheets and that fixed it completely ... but you would think a mattress shouldn't actually need that to keep you comfie. Do you have a return policy? Most of the time they come with a 30 day return thingy. If it keeps going, I might change it. Though maybe the lady was right at the store and this is normal for most mattresses. Ours just didn't go away and we were too slow to think of returning it (plus we didn't save our paperwork).

Dan - Woohooo on the weight loss - that's an awesome number!!

lovediet - Congrats on the 1.5!! Are you doing some sort of strenght training? That's the only thing I can' think of that could explain it the fat percentage increase.

DraftRobin - 5 pounds is great!!! Yes, this diet is so much easier than many others. Haven't had strawberry yet. I don't usually like strawberry shakes but I ordered some for my next delivery thinking I might as well try these since I've like all the other ones so far. Uhh, a slushy! Hadn't thought of that!

Missy- I have never had the nerve to go all the way to black. Not sure I have the complexion for it. It looks so cute on you! When it is right...I think it is the most striking hair color. I hope this Faria won't fade to quickly I love this color...and ogt lots of compliments today!

Susan:hug: It is so great that you any your pup can bring such joy to those people! I hope when I am that old. someone will be thoughtful enough to bring an animal to make me smile. I can't imagine living soewhere without animals. It would never feel like home to me...and I bet alot of those people feel the same...I don't leave for Vegas until Nov.23rd.

Ashley- I weigh every day...Probably not the best thing to do but I am just obsessed with it. The ups and downs can be discouraging...but it does keep me on track...I just love seeing the scale go down, down, down...You have to do what is best for the way you think...even if that means weighing on Friday and Monday...by the way...nice to see your face...such a cute smile!

DRAFTROBIN-Congratulations on that first 5 lbs! That is fantastic! Have you tried the Bananna shake yet? That is my personal favorite!
