Default "Thermodynamics and Weight Loss" blog article by Michael Eades, M.D.

Interesting reading. His writing makes some sense to me, though I'm not familiar with this man's work or credentials.

Thanks for the post. A lot of that went over my head - but some of it seemed reasonable. I am finding out that all calories are not created equal!

Dr. Eades is a bariatric physician who, with his wife, developed the "Protein Power Plan" and "Protein Power Lifeplan". While I don't follow their program, they are probably in the top five of modern low carb pioneers. I love his blog.
