New Quiche Recipe

  • CHICKEN PECAN QUICHE



    4 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp dried dill weed
    1/4 cup minced onion
    2 oz grated 2% KRAFT shredded cheddar
    4 oz cooked chicken, cubed
    1/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

    Beat the eggs, cream and spices. In a casserole combine the chicken and cheese, mixing well. Top with onion. Gently pour the egg mixture over the chicken mixture. Top with pecans. Bake at 350* until done, about 40 minutes or so. 4 servings.
