I got in another walk yesterday! That makes 5 times this week - man am I on a roll!
Trying to be good - drinking my water and watching what I put in my mouth - so no cookie crumbs here! Besides when I break down and have a cookie there won't be one crumb left!
I am here dusting off my friday and saturday crumbs and dust. i am doing fine today i needed that just a day of pig out and now i can feel like fresh!!! i have limited time to post but i am here!!!
Been a bit of a tuff day, but so far I HAVE SURVIVED! Still can't figure out why I can't save the chicken purse pictures to a compatible "program". DH is in a foul mood thanks to yet SOMETHING else is missing. Oy, can I survive this?
If I have a vehicle tomorrow (as 2 are in the shop) I plan to at least get Jif's chicken purse mailed off to her. Does anyone know how to downsize them (the pictures?)? I've not been successful so far.
just saying a quick hi- went to BJ's for protein LOL-spent a months pay on meat! And then ate hot wings that were so hot I don't know if I can eat them!
No cookie crumbs here today, but the night's young
I have a huge pork roast in and chicken breasts and asparagus- my secret weapon against water weight.
Tomorrow back to the salt mines. Ugh...but it will be a busy week and will go fast, I know.
Nice to hear from LindaBC, wasn't it?
Where's debkay? I have a Met's win to gloat over, but they play Atlanta again so maybe I should shut up until the last game is over
And Peach, are you at the nursing home? Spend some time with us, OK?
Here I am! I must have had a major brain-fart cause I posted in the Yahoo room! Oh duh!
The weather is absolutely miserable today in Wisconsin. It is raining, windy and the wind is out of the North. I spent the day doing odds and ends while hubby did some chores he was putting off.
BTW, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CATHY!
We had a perfect day Friday at Wisconsin Dells. it is a scenic area and the weather was so nice. We just had a relaxing afternoon and evening. As days go, it will be one I'll always remember...and I was with my best friend too!
I have a quick question. Besides the WW Week 6 book, is there any other books out there that explain lite carbing? Are there any diet books that are similar to it?
{{{{stopping to wipe off the cookie crumbs...dunkaroos }}}}}
Janice, the chicken purse looks great!! I don't have a scanner and I am even too to know how to do the attachment thiningies...other than to forward them!
Hey! nice to see Mike Piazza's roots growing in eh?
:::groan:::: My entire body aches. I suppose that's a good thing - it feels that way because I tried to move it this weekend. I continue to work on dd's room. Will it ever be done? Will she sleep there again? Will her mother be able to get back on program?
It's also that TOM, and aunt Flo has come for a visit. Gotta love Flo... when she's visiting she has a way of taking over.
Life is now establishing into a new "normal". Work at work has gone on overdrive, which is only to be expected following all the grief of the last few weeks. The house was blitzed late last week (we had weekend guests) so it's actually clean. The fall schedule for the fam is now established... so that means I'm back on program.
I have no other excuses. ;-)
I certainly hope you're all well... and you know that I've missed you!
Casey~~IT IS SO GREAT TO JUST KNOW THAT YOU ARE HERE!!! God Bless You!
Hey Peach~~still no vehicle today. Maybe can Mama Ruth who has Pooky's email forward the picture (as I KNOW Pooky will figure out how to size it down a bit?)
They are simple (little chicky purses) but they are sooooo cute! I will get them to you as soon as I am able! How is Jif doing?
Hi everybody. Just wanted to say hi. Miserable day here. Its been raining for hours. Also been very busy lately - just can't seem to get enough hours in one day. Had a busy weekend shopping and house work. So, here I am back at Monday and work and busy again. What a life
On the other hand I don't have enough time to think about snitching, so am doing well with eating right. Even taking the time for my walks and workouts. so, not all is lost.
Talk with you all soon when I have more time. Linda
