Well today i did better. I have no time to exercise yet but today is belly dancing so i will have to give my all there.

I am starting to get sick i think my mind was woozy today and a headach to boot. so i am preapred!!! I have been so stressed at work today that i have not been able to think correctly. and that may have a point there. so OZZIE
