Due to a stressful situation I did not follow my Mayo plan. I'm not going to throw the day away tho! I will follow CAD for today!

100 oz is my goal - 3 pennies in the jar so far

I walked approx 20 minutes this morning and WILL get in at least 15 minutes more
SELF PAMPERING - FOR TODAY
I put a dollar in the jar this morning for my long term
