I "invented" another concoction. It isn't anything big, just something I added that made this recipe much better (to my taste buds anyway).
Sweet Creamy Tuna
*1 can of Tuna, drained (I use Albacore, MUCH better! -in water)
*Approx. 2 teaspoons- 1 tablespoon real mayo (I don't like my tuna real creamy, I prefer it to be a tad dry, otherwise it makes me gag)
*Approx. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
*Dill and Garlic salt to taste
*1 packet Splenda (The MAGIC ingredient!!!)
Mix all together in a bowl, and enjoy!
VERY QUICK for lunch!
I used to only enjoy tuna on bread, but after I had the idea today to add a packet of Splenda to it, I love it now!
