B: 2 eggs fried in butter with 5 (

) slices of bacon
L: 4 slices of roast beef (deli) with cream cheese spread on each slice & a dash of season salt (rolled them up and cut them into bite sized pieces) Yumm!
D: Roast chicken breast w/mushroom alfredo sauce (1/4 C) and broccoli/cauliflower mix
And, of course, water, water, water, etc.

I'm on my 2nd 20-oz cup now.
