I knew you had to be a guy
Only a guy and the occasional young, active female can lose 30 lb in a month on ANY weight loss program. I actually lost 30 in six weeks a few years back but that was on WW not a low carb plan.
There are lots of success stories here and I hope they're not shy about tooting their own horns.
When you lose weight that quickly, you have to be careful to get enough vitamins, and water. And be prepared for a lengthy stall. That seems to be the pattern and it's something we've all been through, especially after a rapid drop in weight.
