Unhappy

I have been on WW (again) for about 10 weeks, with limited success due to tremendous stress in the last several months. In the last month, I started exercising, and in the last 2 weeks really jornaling, but I'm hungry all the time.

I went to the dr. today, to see if I could get a prescription for Meridia to give me a little extra help. After I told her what my typical food day is like - she wants me to give up carbs for 4 weeks. No bread, pasta, potatoes, or even brown rice I can see why, I understand the concept - but I've tried atkins. Lost 20 pounds, but it was not a program i could live with. Needless to say, I put the 20 + back on as I started eating "normal"

Since I am the POC for our At Work program, (and I know it works when you work it) I don't want to give up on WW. Would love to hear from others who have been succesful with lowcarb WW...
