I'm new to this low carb thing. Don't get me wrong, I love protein but it just doesn't seem as tasty without the bread and potatoes. I've always gone the route of plain old calorie counting but this time I'd like to try something different. Maybe it will fool my metabolism into submission.My question is: what varieties of veggies do you eat and what quantities? What about sugar free chocolate? Please help, I'm so confused.
