HAPPY SNOWDAY!!!!

I was supposed to spend the day at a workshop out of town, today. Mother Nature had other plans. Guess I'll just have to stay home and knit on the baby ensemble I'm making for my favorite niece. I found the pattern on the internet several years ago and it's going to be so cute. She just found out she's preggers. First time. My husband has gone ga-ga over the fact (she's always had him wrapped around her little finger).

I started exercising yesterday. I dug out an Oxycise tape that I had bought several years ago and never even opened (par for the course). I can't believe how 15 minutes of work could make me sore. Once I can get used to this, I may start on Walk Away the Pounds. I hear that's pretty good.

Well, I've got to go shovel the walk so hubby doesn't have to wade through anke deep snow to get to the house. Keep warm!

Morning Karla, we're up to our knees in the white stuff too, if only I could sell it, hmmm....We're kindred spirits today I've got a bit of stiffness today too, did my hour and a half advanced taebo yesterday and oh geez I "feel the burn". Luckily not too bad though I like to feel the abs every now and again, hard to remember they are there sometimes. Bacon's calling my name from the kitchen, have a great day ladies!

Good morning girls, enjoy the snow day! We're covered in the white stuff too, driving should be fun.

Been thirsty like no tomorrow these days so I'm downing water like crazy! I know that it's the wee babe that's thirsty but hey, can't hurt me either, right? LOL

It hasn't hit us yet. I had my fingers crossed about it last night at rehearsal (The Vagina Monologues, Pooky) and was so delighted that it held off. I hate driving at night anyhow and snow just turns it into a horrorshow! We will probably get some of it later today to make driving miserable for tonight's rehearsal. I have rehearsals every darn night until the performance on Feb.5 and am already feeling tired. Today will be an afternoon nap day.

I have to bundle up shortly and shovel off the deck and its steps. The Girls just scoot down them and its starting to look like a ramp. Fine for them but not for me when I have to go outside and rescue my glove or a boot that Miss Lucy has snuck out there. She stands at the door - all innocence - and then grabs and runs as soon as the door opens!

Hmmmm - maybe a bubble bath after I do the outdoor pioneer woman stint? I need to bring in wood as well as shovel.

Afternoon Ladies!!

We are now online at the store!! Something else to do now when its really quiet around here.

One more coat on the last 2 moose and we are done!!!! I have one side of the store put back together, but everything else is sitting in the middle of the floor. Hubby has been taking pictures of stock for our website! Im so excited...hopefully it will be up and running within the week! We have been very busy!

I best get back to work....I'll check back in later.

Oh, Robin, that's very exciting. I'm looking forward to seeing your website even though it probably wouldn't make sense for me to order anything from so far away.
Ruth, you do sound like one of those intrepid pioneer women. Be careful on those steps. We don't want you to literally "break a leg". That definitely woudn't be good luck.
Tummy and Karla, you're making me feel guilty for not doing my Body Flex Plus workout. Haven't done it since mid December and I can already feel the muscles slackening. Time to get busy and just DO IT! Someone kick me, please.
Pook, glad you're hanging around with us again. I'm sure the extra water is good for both you and the little one. You haven't said if you've told your little girl that she's going to be a big sister. Does she know and if so, how does she feel about it?
No snow here, gang. We just get more rain. Very gloomy but at least we don't have to shovel it.

Karla, I've been looking for someone to do my Oxycise with! It REALLY works, but you have to do it. I't won't do a thing for you just sitting on the VCR, and especially not if it's still in the wrapper! But It dose work. and you've inspired me to dig mine out and start tonight. Do you have level I? I have every one of them, even the sit down ones, but once you get out of the habit it's hard to get back.
