My Atkins Dessert
Sorry for the mulitple posts this morning!
I was trying to be creative and think of something I really liked that would be "okay" during induction.
This is what I came up with.
Creme Brulee - minus the carmelized sugar. Here is what I did:
4 eggs
2 cups heavy cream
dash salt
12 packets of Splenda
1 T Vanilla
Mix together and bake at 325 for an hour in a water bath. This is
sinfully rich and creamy. Obviously eaten in moderation b/c of the
Splenda - but you could eat 1/4 of the bowl and still stay within the daily range for sweeteners!!
