4 pounds after giving up the bars. I think we should post a giant warning thread somewhere to help people avoid this. I know I was going to pick some up until I read this thread. Thank you for the heads up.

Those damned bars! So many folks have found that the bars and shakes screw them up. Frankenfoods are very sneaky so we should really avoid them.

Agreed. No more Franken foods.
It's what? Thursday? And since giving up the bars on Monday, I've lost five pounds. Nothing to sneeze at, plenty to celebrate.
So, no more bars for me.
