Today: B Atkin's shake S Atkin's Morning Start Bar, diet 7UP S sunflower seeds L small salad with ranch, 1/3 cup chicken salad D bacon, avocado,swiss sandwich on Atkin's bread. 2 of them. :o |

Sat weird day, all backwards b eggplant casserole (mousakka sp?) L 2 beef patties, cheese, and 2 mushrooms s 2 eggs, 2 strip bacon snack 1 broiled steak with cayenne and garlic and bacon IT WAS YUM! water water water to the tune of 12 glasses, gonna pee all nite now! |
breakfast:
2 eggs 2oz cheese Snack: Pepperoni 10oz choc. milk (i know this isn't allowed, lol, i didn't even think about it till i drank it all) Lunch: small salad w/ chicken, ham, eggs, and olives 5oz. smoked sausage Snack: atkins bar Dinner: Chopped steak Ranch dressing snow peas cooked with butter and about an ounce of worchester(sp?) sauce. Snack: 1/3 pack of atkins peanutbutter cups For all looking, does this look ok? Bella23 |

Sat nite cheat 2 handfulls of skittles! Sunday b small steak L small steak s salmon steak, kale, green beans, turnip and small salad snack atkins bar (peanut butter one) water, water, water, coffee, glass of wonderful homemade wine! |
Now that I'm Atkins bound here goes for today:
B 3 scrambled eggs with green onions and 1/2oz of grated cheese Coffee with splenda (7) L 1 chicken breast 1cup roamine lettuce w/ranch dressing (2) D 1 8oz. steak 1cup of fried mushrooms 2cups salad w/oil and vinegar dressing (4) S If I have a freak out I have hard boiled eggs waiting in the fridge Water, it's 11am and 6 glasses down so I think I'm good. Total: 13 grams |
