I measured today and had to tell you what it was. I've been doing BF for 2 months now, once a day mostly.
upper abs-lost 2 inches
waist-lost 6 inches
lower abs-lost 1 1/2 inches
hips-lost 1 1/2 inches
thighs-lost 1 3/4 inches
So, I after seeing Anne's results, I will make sure I do it twice a day.
I even ate really badly last week and still lost over 5 inches total last week.
