For the dressing - it's just like anything else, depends on the brand as all the recipes are going to be different.
For the lettuce, I suppose it could depend on how tightly you pack that cup.
Also, while Atkins is very spicific with the .2's and .7's, most brands either round up or down - I almost never see anything .whatever on a food lable on a package.
I go with what's on the package, with one exception - if it says <1, I count it as 1. This has worked for me so far.
