Default South Beach Diet

Hi....I've never been to this thread before but I bought a magazine today that had an article about the low carb South Beach diet. Has anyone tried it? What do you have to do the first 2 weeks? I have lost 42 lbs since October just by cutting back on portions and eating healthier with some exercise. I seem to be at a standstill now tho and am interested in trying something new. Any info would be much appreciated.
