I am almost finished my old bottle of calcium supplements, and I am in the market for something new.
Wondering what everyone else is taking? Do you take straight calcium? If so how many mg? Or do you take calcium & magnesium supplements (mg and amount?)...how about those with added Vitamin D?
My current multi-vitamin already has a bit of calcium (250 mg) and some magnesium as well (100 mg) so I don't want to take too much!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
