Anyone know what lactitol is? It's in sugarfree candy that someone gave me. Thanks - Don

O have not heard of t but it sounds like a sugar alcohol. they are not supposed to impact the insulin levels But honesly I have not.

I had some of it in SF Reeses Cup the other day. Very yummy, but don't eat too much, it can have a laxitive effect.
