Hi Herb!! 60?? what a great go!!

let your body rest and adjust to the weight, do not up the carbs but just stand still and wait. your body needs to accept the weight loss. then it will start to loose again. some have to play with upping the carbs then dropping them down. are you putting your food in fitday??? you may find that you need to drop calories for a while you with your new weight loss may find that youare still eating a lot but have not and your body's requirement is not as much as it used to be.

What i would reccomend is not pay so much attention to the scales for now and just concentrate on how great youa re feeling with the weight down. that must feel fantastic!!! in just over 2 months!!!

the next thing i would add is exercise. start with light weights and slowly work your way op. body for life has a great plan that many low carbers do. (following a low carb plan or a lower carb plan) it is very intensive but great results in 12 weeks. but do not jump into it full force at first work your way up to it.

please note that as you gainmuscle you will shrink in size but the scale will go up as muscle does weigh much more than fat. so do not get upset if that happens. but you will see the change and feel great!!!
