Back AGAIN...searching for the perfect plan for me. I just saw the guy who started the South Beach Diet on the Today Show. Funny his name sounds like Atkins! Anyway....It sounds appealing to me and want to know a little more about it. Anyone who has had success...can you share the high and low points of the diet.

Hi Beacon, I'm not following South Beach diet, but there is a South Beach thread here. It is still a new diet, so I would say success stories might be hard to find at this point! I'm sure somebody else that is on the plan will reply soon, but meanwhile, there is a South Beach thread on this main low carb page that might give you feedback!
