Question just *how* low carb?

Hi everyone,

I am new(-ish) and wondered about everyone's take on low carb. I know we are all different and different things work for us, but I wondered what we are all doing, and what we consider to be "low" carb? I started off on a really strict naturopath-supervised 20g carbs/day thing, but am doing much better (and feeling much less restricted) on a higher level. Which I actually haven't sorted out yet!

Looking forward to everyone's responses!

Michelle.

Hi april, I usually do great on 20 - 50 carbs in a day depending on my exercise level. (wish I can get back OP so I can feel good again!)

I just started Atkins (I'm on week 3) so I'm trying to keep my carbs at/below 20g.

I have a question about exercise - how does it impact ketosis and/or number of carbs you can have?

Thanks,
Kim
