Hi all,
As I just posted over on the daily chat, once you get me out of lurkdom it's hard to get rid of me
I have a question about setting short-term goals. I always have a hard time picking something "not too hard, not too easy, not too soon & not far away". A once-a-month goal seems right but how do you pick a number that you can strive for but not feel bummed if you miss?
What are your strategies???
