Breaky, 1 scrambled egg with cheddar cheese
Lunch, 1 cup coleslaw and a salmon patty
Supper, pulled pork, and LOTS of broccoli (bit blocked up)
Snacks, dill pickly, cottage cheese if I get really hungry.
Thats about it, I should be good for about 2 more weeks before the sugar monsters start to wake up.

yes I am...and sure.
1 large can of pink salmon(drained and rinsed)
2 heaping tbsp of cottage cheese (even if you dont like the stuff you cant taste it)
1 egg
2 tbsp parm cheese
pepper......no salt, there is usually enough in the salmon and cheese.
....if you have protein powder, use about 1/4 cup and add another egg. (I dont always use it)
smoosh together, its not very firm, but thats ok. Form patties and fry in butter in pan. You should get 4 patties out of this.
Cook for about 10 min on each side. Little more if needed, depending on how much liquid you put in them.
