Breaky, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese
Lunch, salmon patty and 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 cup raspberries
Supper, 3 chicken thighs, 1 cup broccoli
Snacks, several slices of lower fat salami, 3 slices of cheddar cheese and 4 tsp egg salad......oh and a triscuit
