If you are drinking enough water each day you shouldn't have to worry about lines and wrinkles..LOL

Hey, I heard that same thing about caramel coloring being the bad guy, but I thought it was a fluke. Hmmmm, is that why I stay so ill after I have a Diet Coke??? Verrrrrrrrry interesting..

Question -

I started drinking decaf tea with splenda and a splash of creamer, can I count this as a water? My allergies are killing me and the hot tea helps my throat.

Jo-anne - My wrinkles are genetic, not lack of water. I have horizontal lines on my forehead that are exactly like my grandmothers. At 31 I'm already obsessed with reducing them. I'll up the water and see if it helps. Hopefully I'll get her good hair genes too, she's 72 and has no gray.
