Stayed totally on plan yesterday for the first time in ages. For dinner I had a cheeseburger and pickles.
Today:
Breakfast:
glass of barley grass juice, slice of American cheese, vitamins, Atkins bar, tea with milk
Lunch:
I am going out to a barbeque place. I'm going to have pulled pork (there is probably sugar in the sauce, but not too much at this place) and two vegetables.
2PM update: I had pulled pork, collard greens and a couple of bites of mac and cheese (naughty)
